Dodge has unveiled the 2021 Dodge Durango Pursuit alongside with the 2021 Charger Pursuit for police forces. The 2021 Charger Pursuit is based on the base V6 model. While there are no official output figures but we can expect around 300 hp and 358 nm of torque. Power sends to all four wheels with the new eight-speed automatic transmission which replaces the old five-speed gearbox.
Police forces can also have a 5.7-liter V8 model but only in the rear-wheel-drive configuration. Inside the cabin the 2021 charger pursuit also equipped with Android Auto and Apple car play.
The other model is the 2021 Durango Pursuit which is also available in a 3.6-liter V6 or 5.7-liter V8 engine. There are some updates for the Durango as well as a new instrument cluster, four programmable auxiliary switches, and special front seats.
Other highlights inside the cabin are three-zone air conditioning system and heavy-duty brake package. Dodge will start production of the 2021 Charger Pursuit and Durango Pursuit in early 2021.
