Geely has officially unveiled the 2025 version of its Jiaji gasoline-powered MPV, available in two different trims with a price range between $15,000 and $16,500. This new iteration largely retains the appearance of its predecessor, with only a few configuration updates. Sales have been quite slow; in June, Geely sold zero units of the Jiaji, and only 538 units were sold in the first half of 2024.

The exterior design of the 2025 Geely Jiaji remains consistent with the previous model. It features a two-layer front grille, traditional door handles, chrome luggage racks on the roof, chrome trims around the windows, a through-type taillight group, and matrix-element lighting at the rear bottom. The vehicle is also equipped with four megapixel high-definition wide-angle cameras strategically positioned around the car.

The dimensions of the 2025 Geely Jiaji are unchanged, measuring 4,826 mm in length, 1,909 mm in width, and 1,695 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,805 mm. The vehicle's curb weight ranges from 1,600 to 1,630 kg. New exterior color options, “Sky Blue” and “Moonlight White,” have been introduced. The car runs on either 215/60 R17 or 235/50 R18 tires.

Inside, the 2025 Geely Jiaji maintains the same design as its predecessor. The interior is offered in two color options: “Ultramarine Blue” and “Thrush Brown.” The dashboard includes a 10.25-inch LCD instrument panel and a 12.3-inch central control screen, complemented by a four-spoke D-shaped steering wheel. The vehicle's operating system is powered by the Geely Galaxy OS. Additionally, the car features a 1.06 square meter panoramic sunroof. Customers can choose between two seating configurations: a six-seater layout (2+2+2) or a seven-seater layout (2+2+3).

Other features of the 2025 Geely Jiaji include a 4G network, in-car WiFi, keyless entry, an AI voice assistant, six speakers, cruise control, and remote control via mobile phone (including door lock/unlock, window control for ventilation, and air conditioning control). The interior offers ample storage with 54 different spaces, including six cup holders, 10 hooks, and nine mobile phone storage areas. The center console is designed with a “loft duplex” structure, providing nearly one meter of storage space. The standard trunk capacity is 513 liters, which can be expanded by folding down the third-row seats.

The vehicle continues to be powered by a 1.5TD engine that delivers a maximum power of 178 hp and a peak torque of 290 Nm, paired with a 7-speed DCT. Its official combined fuel consumption is 6.9 liters per 100 km, with a fuel tank capacity of 60 liters. The top speed of the 2025 Geely Jiaji is 190 km/h.

Despite the consistent design and features, the sales performance of the Geely Jiaji has been underwhelming. The company hopes the new model will invigorate interest and boost sales in the coming months.
