The new spy shots show that BMW is working on a more powerful version for the new recently debuted M5. the new model will be produces as an M5 CS.
BMW M5 CS uses different wheels and some carbon fiber parts inside and outside, obviously with CFRP roof. While the look is not that much different from the standard M5, the biggest change can be seen under the bonnet where it is believed to have a 650 hp engine. The 4.4-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine under the M5 CS hoot is a tuned version of M5’s 617 hp engine.
This extra power will enable the M5 CS to hit 100 kph in just 31 seconds. BMW M5 CS will also have carbon-ceramic brakes and upgraded suspension system. BMW will debut the M5 CS before the end of the year and we are sure that it can’t cost less than $111k.
