The G8M Hurricane RS and RR, the latest additions to G-most Power's powerful series, deliver supercar-level performance with up to 887 horsepower! The BMW M8 is the company's flagship model, but as G-Power points out, there's always space for improvement.
The outside of the G8M is painted a brilliant orange metallic hue, with carbon-fiber accents. It also receives a new Ventury carbon hood with integrated vents and a carbon rear wing with CNC-milled bases.
G-Power provides two styles of 21-inch forged wheels wrapped in mixed performance rubber (285/30ZR21 in front and 295/30ZR21 in back). New and adjustable coilovers lower the suspension as well. Finally, the inside has hand-finished leather and Alcantara upholstery, as well as carbon-fiber trim.
The BMW M8 Competition is powered by a 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 generating 625 PS and 750 Nm of torque. Taking inspiration from last year's M5-based G5M Hurricane RR, G-Power managed to boost those statistics to 887 horsepower and 1,050 Nm of torque for the G8M Hurricane RR. There's also the G8M Hurricane RS, which has 828 horsepower and the same 1,050 Nm of torque.
Both tuning kits include upgrades to the hardware and software, such as improved turbochargers with bigger intake and exhaust regions and CNC-milled housings. The more powerful upgrade includes forged pistons, redesigned connecting rods, a bigger cooling package, and a strengthened drivetrain. Both versions include the stainless steel Deeptone exhaust system, which includes sport downpipes, sport catalytic converters, and four 110 mm carbon tailpipes.
The G8M Hurricane RS and RR can attain a peak speed of 340 km/h, which is only limited by the tires. While the firm did not provide any acceleration numbers, it is highly probable that the modified automobiles will be quicker than the stock car, which speeds from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds.
The G8M Hurricane RS and RR are not yet featured on G-official Power's website, but you may contact the tuner directly for additional information. The price has not been revealed, but based on the $136,784 required for the comparable G5M Hurricane RR conversion, it will not be cheap.
