Just on 30th of June, GAC is going to present its new GS4 Plus. Actually, this car with three models went on pre-sale sooner. And more importantly its going to be the first SUV from GAC with super-sensing interactive intelligent cockpit.
This car would have whole new appearance, with narrow LED light designs and some sharp lines on the body. Company names this redesign as "spreading wing" shape. It has a new style on the front grille. Using the vertical split LED daytime running lights and Phoenix feather taillights are not something new but sometimes mocking is a good thing.
The powertrain of this car, is the 2.0T engine code-named 4B20J1. The power can reach up to 185 kW and 390 Nm of torque. The other option, is the 1.5T engine with 124 KW of output and 265 Nm of peak torque. The transmission system uses an Aisin 6AT which is the automatic gearbox. And despite of the muscular look, it can accelerate to 100 km/h in 7.5 seconds.
This new SUV from Chinese automaker has 19-inch wheels. The whole size is summarized in 4710mm*1885mm*1726mm with 2710mm wheelbase. And every body knows, PLUS on the cars mean it has main upgrades in compare with previous model.
Inside the car can be an Osidian Black either Velvet Red, just customer should say its wish. Every thing inside are very soft, no more harsh stiches and even the material is some how environmentally friendly. It uses TPO and technology-sense brushed texture ornaments. But when you pull your sight on the dashboard, you can see the borderless 12.3-inch full LCD instrument and a 10.1-inch central control screen. It can be adjusted with Carplay, Hicar, and Carlife mobile phone interconnection, ADAS, navigation, multimedia, tire monitoring and other functions. On the steering wheel is a new style of flat-bottomed three-width steering wheel, and the seat also has "GS4 PLUS" embroidered words.
As said before, this GAC is going to be the first one with super-sensing interactive intelligent cockpit. It can be a fatigue reminder, distraction reminder, in-vehicle vibrato, vocal cloning, and gesture control.
