The Geely Galaxy E8, an electric sedan boasting the lowest drag coefficient among current mass-produced cars, emerged onto the automotive scene as a beacon of innovation when introduced as part of the new energy series under the Geely brand in early 2023. However, it has swiftly evolved into an independent brand, complete with its logo, website, dealerships, and an ambitious model line set to include seven cars by 2025. Now known as "Geely Galaxy," the brand has aspirations to eventually drop the "Geely" from its name. Positioned as the flagship electric vehicle, the E8 manages to blend high performance with an accessible starting price.

Inside the cabin, the E8 features a massive 45-inch 8K screen, powered by the Snapdragon 8295 chip, creating an immersive and technologically advanced driving experience. The exterior design draws inspiration from the earlier unveiled Geely Galaxy Light concept car, featuring thin LED running lights, retractable door handles, small side-view mirrors, and aerodynamic rims. Notably, the E8 boasts the lowest drag coefficient among mass-produced passenger cars, achieving an impressive 0.199 Cd, outperforming even the Mercedes-EQ EQS with its 0.200 Cd.
