A fully-electric dual-cab truck has been introduced as part of Geely's latest brand launch. SUVs and utes with electric motors are available from Radar Auto.
The Radar RD6, which made its premiere this week, is the first car from the new brand. According to Geely, the Sustainable Experience Architecture will serve as the foundation for the Radar RD6 (SEA).
The RD6 will have a power range of roughly 150kW to 300kW and be offered with rear-wheel and four-wheel drive. The RD6's precise specifications haven't been made public, but the automaker claims the ute will have a driving range of up to 600 kilometers on a single charge.
According to Radar's CEO Ling Shiquan, the company believes pick-up sales in China can reach three million yearly by 2030. On September 9, 2022, China is planning to host the launch of the 2023 Radar RD6.
Although the company hinted at having huge intentions for the Radar RD6, it would not confirm whether the electric ute would be sold in Australia.
