Jeep has recently announced its intention to introduce an all-new Compass by the end of the decade. However, as this new model is still some years away, the 2025 Compass does not see significant changes from its predecessor. The primary update for the 2025 model is the introduction of a limited edition color called Joose. Additionally, there are minor tweaks, such as an increase in the price of the Latitude’s Attitude Special Edition package, which now costs an extra $100.

For the 2025 model year, the color palette for the Compass Sport has been reduced, offering five colors instead of the previous seven. Similarly, the Trailhawk variant has eliminated two-tone options, including the Baltic Gray combination.

Despite these reductions, the entry-level Compass Sport retains its standard features, including LED headlights, 17-inch aluminum wheels, a six-speaker audio system, and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster. It also boasts an 8.4-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Safety features remain robust, with standard driver assistance technologies such as Blind-Spot Monitoring, Rear Cross Path Detection, Pedestrian Automatic Emergency Braking, a rear seat reminder, and a ParkView rear camera with active grid lines.

The 2025 Compass is powered by a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 200 horsepower and 300 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission and comes with a standard four-wheel drive system, ensuring capable performance across various terrains.

This represents a $595 increase over the previous year's base price of $25,900. Other models in the Compass lineup also see price adjustments. The Latitude model's price rises by $100, starting at $30,865. The Limited variant experiences a more substantial hike of $795, bringing its starting price to $34,540. The Trailhawk, designed for off-road enthusiasts, is now priced at $34,165, which is a $270 increase from the previous year's price of $33,895.

These incremental changes and updates reflect Jeep's strategy to keep the Compass competitive while preparing for the arrival of the next-generation model. The minor updates, combined with a slight price increase, ensure that the 2025 Compass continues to offer a balanced blend of features, performance, and safety for its buyers. As Jeep works towards the future release of the all-new Compass, the 2025 model remains a solid option for those seeking a reliable and versatile crossover.
