The Hyundai i30 N looks way sportier and better thanks to Prior Design widebody kit. On some levels, it looks like the cars from the popular video game series ‘Need for Speed’.
The compact hot hatch comes with front-wheel drive capability. The widebody kit prepared for the model is made of fiberglass-Dura-Flex. The most important features the kit brings to the vehicle include new apron and extentions which are added to the sides of the bumper at the front, fender flares, some brand-new bumper extenstions at the rear end of the car, a different diffuser that has glossy black finishes, a new roof wing looking cooler and more aggressive. The mulit-spoke rally like wheels also are included in the $4,912 alongside the special decals.
We should note that these changes and mods coming with the new kit have nothing to do with specifications of Hyundai i30 N, so do not expect the car to get any faster. The stunning features of the package are limited to the looks and appearance only.
Still, you have got nothing to worry about while riding the gorgeous car around the town, since the model itself showcases a great performance. The compact Hyundai i30 N, is equipped with an engine that is able to produce 246 horsepower. It is also able to reach the 100 km/h in 6.4 seconds.
If you are looking for a more powerful performance and a faster Hyundai i30 N, you can always opt for the Performance Package that comes with 271 Horsepower and 353 Nm of torque. On the overboost, the torque gets to 378 Nm. It can also hit 100 km/h in 6.1 seconds.
The latest version that came a few months ago, offers 276 horsepower and 392 Nm of torque with the Performance Package.
The facelifted Hyundai i30 N will get to the European market in early 2021. We are not sure about the costs, but its price is predicted to start at $41,067 for the range-topping model.
