Hyundai has unveiled the 2024 Palisade, which comes with a new Night Edition and a starting price of $36,400. The Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition, the newest in a long line of blackout vehicles, features 20-inch black-finished wheels, dark chrome trim, and "dark-tinted" badging for a distinctively classy look. The body color of the door handles and the roof rails are black on this model. Abyss Black or Hyper White will be the available colors for the Night Edition. The latter's striking two-tone design should make it stand out.
In addition to the outside stylistic updates, the interior has been upgraded with unique microsuede upholstery and black metal trim. Naturally, there will only be one color available: black.
The Hyundai Palisade is powered by a 3.8-liter V6 engine that produces an outstanding 291 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. This engine is combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission, which provides smooth and efficient performance on city streets as well as highways.
In terms of fuel efficiency, the Palisade is near the top of its class. It gets 19 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway, making it a cost-effective solution for everyday commuting or lengthy road trips.
Regarding communication and technology, the Hyundai Palisade excels. An 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system that supports Android Auto and Apple CarPlay integration is standard. A bigger 10.25-inch touchscreen display with navigation is available on higher trim levels.
Additional noteworthy features include a Harman Kardon® premium audio system, wireless device charging pad, dual sunroof system, hands-free smart liftgate with auto open, and a quiet mode for the rear seats that lets passengers listen to their own music without disturbing the front seat occupants.
All-wheel drive is standard on the 2024 Palisade Calligraphy Night Edition, which is currently offered at Hyundai dealerships. It isn't inexpensive, either, as the starting price is $53,600.
