Hyundai will introduce the Staria in Germany. Electric sliding doors on both sides, heated and ventilated Nappa leather seats, a smart key system with a stop/start button, ambient lighting with 64 configurable colors, and rear sun blinds are all standard equipment on the Signature. Individual seats in the second row of the Staria Signature are also available, with adjustable backrests and leg rests. There is also an option that positions the chairs in a relaxing laying posture, and all sitting rows have USB connections.
Another intriguing feature is 'Passenger View,' which is a wide-angle camera in the cabin that lets the driver and front passenger to monitor back passengers.
The infotainment screen is 10.25 inches long and has a 360-degree around-view monitor. Hyundai has also fitted a 12-speaker Bose audio system to German-spec Staria Signature vehicles. The vehicle also has a self-driving emergency braking system, active blind-spot assistance, and a rear-seat passenger warning system. Customers may choose between four interior colors and a panoramic glass roof for €1,200 ($1,405).
There will be two engines available. The first is a 2.2-liter VGT four-cylinder diesel engine with 174 horsepower and 431 Nm of torque. This engine is available with either a six-speed manual transmission or an eight-speed automatic transmission. A Smartstream 3.5-liter MPI engine with 268 horsepower and 331 Nm of torque sits at the top of the lineup. This engine is only available with 8-speed automatic transmission.
Prices begin at €56,150 ($65,789) for front-wheel drive and €58,150 ($68,124) for all-wheel drive. As of mid-August, this flagship model of the Staria is available for order from German dealerships.
