Hyundai has unveiled an all-new, second-generation Palisade, a significant redesign of its flagship SUV. The 2026 Palisade boasts a bolder, more angular design language, a departure from the more rounded aesthetics of its predecessor.

The front fascia is dominated by a large, imposing grille flanked by distinctive pixel-style headlights, a design cue shared with Hyundai's electric vehicle lineup. The rear end features a cleaner design with integrated tail lights that echo the front DRLs. The overall silhouette remains largely unchanged, with a focus on optimizing interior space and comfort.

Inside, the new Palisade offers a more premium and spacious cabin. Hyundai has introduced a flexible seating arrangement, including a unique center console that can be transformed into an additional seat, allowing for up to nine passengers. The second and third rows have also been enhanced, providing increased comfort and visibility for occupants.

Under the hood, Hyundai is expected to offer a range of powertrain options. A hybrid variant with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine is likely, alongside a turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 for those seeking performance.

The 2026 Palisade will initially launch in South Korea, followed by other global markets, including North America. The current generation Palisade will continue to be available for the 2025 model year, bridging the gap until the new model's full rollout.
