Mercedes-Benz detailed the C-Class (W206) sedan in the United States. The C-Class (W206) sedan, which will hit dealerships in the first half of 2022, will initially be available only in C300 and C300 4Matic trims with turbocharged 2.0-liter motor. The four-cylinder engine produces 255 horsepower and 400 Newton-meters of torque, with a temporary boost of 20 horsepower and 200 Newton-meters of torque provided by the 48-volt mild-hybrid system.

Mercedes-Benz is revamping the model's trim configuration for the updated C-Class, offering the luxury sedan in Premium, Exclusive, and Pinnacle varieties.

Both three trims have a 12.3-inch entirely digital driver's monitor, as well as an 11.9-inch touchscreen borrowed from the flagship S-Class. Mercedes will sell a smaller 9.5-inch infotainment screen in Europe, but the larger screen is optional on the US-spec vehicle. LED headlights and taillights are standard, with Digital Light and adaptive curve lighting available on all three trim levels.

Even the entry-level C-Class Premium comes standard with a sunroof, while the upper-spec Exclusive and Pinnacle come with a panoramic sunroof, which is optional with the base trim.

The base C-Class also has heated front seats, which can be upgraded to provide airflow for all three trims. Another choice shared by the Exclusive, Exclusive, and Pinnacle is the AMG Line with Night Package, which includes a much more aggressive body kit and AMG-branded wheels, as well as a diamond grille with the three-pointed star, finished in chrome.

The included kit includes a flat-bottomed steering wheel, AMG floor mats, and MB-Tex (sort of vinyl) content for the dashboard.

The top-of-the-line model has high-tech features such as a head-up monitor and virtual reality for the navigation system.

Many willing to pay more money will check the boxes for a heated steering wheel, extra USB ports, a Driver Assistance Package, and even a dashcam on the options list.

There has been no news about the wagon's arrival in the United States.
