The Honda Integra, as it is known, formerly only came in four-door sedan form. However, a new five-door hatchback model is now available. The Civic serves as the basis for the five-door hatchback Acura Integra, although on the Chinese market, another Integra shares even more with the Civic.
In September 2021, the Honda Integra made its debut as GAC-response Honda to Dongfeng-Civic. Honda's models' foundations, engines, interiors, and the majority of their body panels are shared.
The longer LED headlights and the more fashionable bumper help the Integra hatchback keep its distinctive expression. The rear bumper is the only difference in the back, leaving aside the face and the alloy wheels.
The Integra hatchback has dimensions of 4,563 mm in length, 1,802 mm in width, and 1,415 mm in height, with a 2,735 mm wheelbase. This means that it is 14 mm shorter than the Civic hatchback and 126 mm shorter than the Integra sedan.
The 1.5-liter VTEC turbocharged four-cylinder engine in the 240 Turbo grade generates 180 horsepower and 240 Nm of torque. Either a six-speed manual transmission or a CVT is used to send power to the front axle.
The e:HEV has a self-charging hybrid drivetrain with a 2.0-liter normally aspirated engine and a lone electric motor.
GAC-Honda is now taking pre-orders for the Integra hatchback, however, price has not yet been revealed. We anticipate that the five-door model will be priced similarly to its four-door sibling, which starts at $19,320 for the 240 Turbo and $24,377 for the e:HEV.
