The current, eighth-generation Camry has been produced by Toyota since 2017, and the automaker recently introduced a new paint scheme for both the Camry and Altis models to give them both a fresh look.
It's interesting to know that the Camry has a rebadged brother in Japan named the Daihatsu Altis. The Altis receives the same update as well.
A fantastic approach to stand out and be a little different from the crowd is by adding some color. The updated paint is called Emotional Red III and is the sort of vivid color you might see on a Ferrari or Porsche.
All five seats, the central section of the dashboard, some of the door panels, and the center console will be covered in brown leather as part of a new leather interior option that Japanese consumers can order for the Camry and Altis. Black leather covers the remaining portions of the interior.
In addition, new USB-C ports have been added to the Camry and Daihatsu Altis, replacing the existing USB-A connectors.
It is still unknown if the new Emotional Red III paint and the two-tone black and brown leather interior will be made available in other areas. Prices in Japan range from $26,556 to $35,575.
