MG has just revealed the new Linghang compact SUV ahead of its official launch in the Chinese market. MG Linghang is not really a new car and it is a redesigned version of the MG HS.
It is unknown that the Linghang will replace the current HS or they will be produced alongside each other.
Design-wise MG Linghang has a large grille like the new MG 5 with a pair of LED lights on the sides. At the back, there are also LED taillights and dual tailpipes.
Inside the cabin, the Linghang is very similar to MG HS with its soft-touch material on the dash and a large screen for the infotainment system. Other highlights inside the cabin are a fully digital instrument cluster, electronic gear lever, adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking system, lane departure system and lane keep assist system.
Under the hood, MG Linghang uses 1.5 or 2.0-liter turbocharged engines but the automaker hasn't released the output figures yet. MG Linghang will enter the market by this October.
