The Chevrolet Equinox RS joins the range as a more sporty version of the automaker's second best-selling car. The Equinox RS pricing for 2022 has now been announced.
According to the survey, the Equinox RS trim will launch at $31,295 for the front-wheel-drive model and $32,895 for the all-wheel-drive model. As previously said, this pricing places the Equinox RS between the LT and the top-tier Premier trims, with the latter beginning at $32,195.
The blacked-out styling on the bow-ties, badges, roof bars, quad exhaust tips, and the package of 19-inch alloy wheels distinguishes the Chevy Equinox RS trim from the rest of the Chevy Equinox lineup. The mesh grille has also been shiny blacked out. As for other RS trims in the Chevy lineup, the cabin has red stitches for extra sporty pizzazz.
It employs 1.5- and 2.0-liter turbocharged engines, with a six-speed automatic transmission for the former and a nine-speed automatic transmission for the latter. Customers would be able to choose between front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive, as previously.
