Toyota introduced its all-new Tundra this summer. The main contestant for it now is Ford F-150. However, now we have the price tag for the 2022 Toyota Tundra. As this big car is coming with new platform, twin-turbo engine, and the adoption of a multi-link rear suspension, the expense increase is expected.
All-new Tundra started its journey to heat up the big truck market. The new version of this vehicle had about $2,000 increase which makes the final price $35,950. You should consider the destination fee is not added. However, the new modification worth the price. This truck is now more fuel consumption. As it is reported, 20 miles per gallon in 4x2 configuration and a slightly lower 19 mpg for the 4x4 model. Also, the fuel economy figures for the hybrid will be disclosed at a later date.
Tundra covers many versions. The most expensive version which costs $61,020, is 1794 Edition CrewMax with the 6.5-foot bed. This price is without adding extra options and destination fees. So, it may even increase more.
The other luxurious version of Tundra is Capstone. This one comes in 2022 and compete with F-150 Limited. This one can have the price tag of $70,000 considering all the option figures on. In general, new Tundra will be available in market by the end of the year.
Sequoia is the SUV sibling of Tundra. It will follow it soon. Tacoma, as the smaller truck also is planned to join its brothers within two years with all new features. Rumors say, this vehicle and global Hilux will go on sale outside the U.S.
