The BYD Seagull has dimensions of 3780 mm in length, 1715 mm in width, 1540 mm in height, and a 2500 mm wheelbase. With its 5-door and 4-seater layout, it fills a particular niche in the EV market.

With its 75 horsepower motor, the BYD Seagull can travel up to 130 km/h. With two battery options, the Seagull emphasizes versatility. The first has a respectable 305 km CLTC range thanks to a 30 kWh BYD LFP battery. A 38 kWh BYD LFP battery, which offers an increased 405 km CLTC range, is the second option. With the support of DC fast charging, both battery configurations allow the Seagull to charge to 80% capacity in just 30 minutes.

A 5-inch instrument cluster inside the Seagull provided crucial driving information. A 12.8-inch infotainment system that improves the overall in-car experience complements this.

The BYD Seagull has carved a niche for itself in the competitive Chinese EV landscape, with prices ranging from $10,400 to $12,600.
