In official images published by the firm, the exterior of the Chery Tiggo 9 flagship crossover has been shown in all of its detail for the first time. The Chery Tiggo 9's appearance is unquestionably a flagship design.
Chery Tiggo 9 is based on the T2X platform, as is well known. Its dimensions should be 4780 x 1920 x 1700 mm, with 2800 mm between the two axles, and it can accommodate 5 or 7 people.
A sizable grille with vertical lines and an illuminated Chery brand badge adorn the front of the flagship crossover. The redesign of this flagship is finished off by new headlights and an aggressive bumper with chrome lines.
Due to the crossover's diagonal D-pillar, sloping roofline, and spoiler, it has a sporty image. Wheel arches that match the body, a floating roof, retractable door handles, and 10-spoke wheels round out the side profile.
For the first time, the Chery Tiggo 9's back view is visible in these photos without any disguise. The Chery brand mark is shown in a one-piece lamp in this image, setting out the rear view from other items made by this manufacturer.
The official photos have not yet revealed the Chery Tiggo 9's inside.
The Tiggo 9 with a 5-person capacity will probably only be offered with front-wheel drive, a 2-liter ICE engine with 254 horsepower, and a 7-speed automatic transmission. The Chery Tiggo 9 7-passenger model will be available with the same engine, but with a four-wheel drive system and an 8-speed automated transmission.
In China, the Chery Tiggo 9 is anticipated to cost roughly 200,000 yuan.
