The EX3 is a fresh new vehicle from the Geometry electric car company. Geely started Geometry as an electric vehicle manufacturer in 2019, and its latest model, an electric SUV, is now available for pre-order in China with a starting price of $9,200. The EX3 is one of the cheapest five-seater EVs on the market, thanks to its low price.
The Geometry EX3 has a fairly traditional SUV appearance, with toned-down fenders and a bi-tone design with green highlights for the ornamental piece above the body-colored grille and roof bars. The EX3 is 4,005 mm long, 1,760 mm wide, and 1,575 mm height, with a 2,480 mm wheelbase.
The cabin of the Geometry EX3 is roomy, with seating for up to five people. The cargo area has a capacity of 500 liters, which can be extended to 1,050 liters by folding the rear seats, and there are 26 storage compartments in all.
A 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen are included on the contemporary dashboard. QQ music, Autonavi, Ximalaya radio, voice control, Wi-Fi, and other apps are included in Geely's G-Link infotainment system. The upholstery is black and blue, with neon accents and suede-like materials.
A single electric motor provides 94 horsepower and 180 Nm of torque to the EX3. According to China's NEDC cycle, the 37.23 kWh liquid-cooled battery has a range of 322 kilometers. The battery can be charged from zero to 80 percent in less than 30 minutes using high-speed DC chargers, offering a range of about 250 kilometers.
Dual airbags, reversing sensors and cameras, tire pressure monitoring, ABS, and EBD are all standard safety features. Geometry also refers to front and rear anti-collision bars made of high-strength steel with high tensile strength.
In China, the Geometry EX3 will be available shortly.
