Hongqi, a Chinese automaker, is getting ready to introduce the HS6, another SUV. Between the Hongqi HS5 and HS7 will be where the new three-row SUV will be located.
The new HS6 will have a design that is strikingly similar to earlier Hongqi models, according to photos of the device. Design-wise, the grille features pronounced silver slates running vertically and, like all previous Hongqi models, a red trim piece that extends from the grille's center and up the hood.
The HS6's headlights have LED daytime running lights and a design that is comparable to other Hongqi vehicles. Smoked taillights, an LED light bar, and a noticeable strip of chrome are all present on the back.
The Hongqi HS6 measures 4,995 mm in length, 1,960 mm in width, and 1,760 mm in height. Moreover, it has a 2,920 mm wheelbase and may be ordered with three rows and either six or seven seats. In a two-row configuration with either five or four seats, Hongqi will also sell it. The SUV weighs 2,080 kg at the curb.
The SUV will only be available with one engine, a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with 241 horsepower. The HS6's transmission and number of powered wheels are still unknown.
At the Shanghai Motor Show in April, the Hongqi HS6 will make its public premiere, allowing us to examine the interior for the first time.
