Kia introduced a new entry-level for e-Niro as a more affordable version of the electric SUV. with a base price of $36,755 Kia e-Niro offers the driving range of 290 km backed by its 39 kWh battery pack. Its electric motor can produce 134 hp and 395 NM of torque, enables the e-Niro to hit 100 kph in 9.5 seconds and reach the top speed of 155 kph.
Buyers also can opt for a 64 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, comes with a more powerful electric motor that can pump out 201 hp and 395 NM of torque. This version has a 0 to 100 kph acceleration of 7.5 seconds and a top speed of 167 kph. The extended range e-Niro can travel up to 454 km per single charge.
Standard features for Kia e-Niro are 17-inch alloy wheels, matte black grille, black wheel arches, chrome door handles, seven-inch TFT display cluster, power driver seat, cloth and leather upholstery, automatic air conditioner and 8-inch infotainment system.
the higher grade e-Niro comes with the 10.25-inch touchscreen, satellite navigation system, UVO smartphone app, full leather upholstery, 8-way power driver’s seat, heated front seats and steering wheel, and wireless charging pad. This model is available with a base price of $42,040.
The highest grade e-Niro named 4+ adds AC 11 kWh three-phase charger, LED headlights, power sunroof, memory for driver’s seat and side mirrors, heated and ventilated front seat, ambient lighting, HBL sound system, and speed warning. The 4+ model charges $44,890 for buyers.
