As part of their celebration of the four-seat convertible's 30th birthday, MINI has unveiled a brand-new Seaside Edition. The exterior of the special edition is either Caribbean Aqua or Nanuq White, and the power soft top is black.
White body stripes, a front bumper graphic, 18-inch alloy wheels, unique side scuttles with Seaside badging, special wheel caps, and other unique features are all included in the Seaside Edition.
Drivers will find Carbon Black leather seats and a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel with Seaside badging inside the cabin as the unique touches continue. A unique key with an iridescent blue wave pattern and Seaside sill plates, special floor mats, and distinctive trim with "30 years of Convertible" badging on the passenger side dashboard complete the package.
The Cooper and Cooper S versions of the Seaside Edition are both offered, with the latter having a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 176 horsepower. In 7.2 seconds, the model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h thanks to this.
In contrast, the 1.5-liter three-cylinder turbocharged engine in the Cooper Convertible produces 134 horsepower. The drop top should be able to reach 100 km/h in about 8.8 seconds thanks to it.
Power soft top, which can be opened or closed at up to 30 km/h, is noteworthy.
