The Maruti Suzuki Alto K10's third generation was introduced by the automaker. In India, the Alto K10 is a low-cost urban vehicle.
The new model sports a chic halogen headlamp design and a big honeycomb grille for a more contemporary look. The model comes in six different colors and two different accessory bundles. Additionally, it has tiny 13-inch wheels.
The inside has been updated, but the harsh plastics still give away the room's low cost. The music system has four speakers, the instrument panel features a digital speedometer, and the steering wheel is from the Celerio. A welcome improvement is the 7-inch infotainment display, which comes with navigation and a ton of connectivity options including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The Heartect architecture, which supports the majority of Suzuki vehicles, has been included in the Alto K10, making it safer and more technologically advanced than its predecessor.
Contrarily, the safety package is very basic, including dual airbags, ABS, EBD, rear parking sensors, and an automatic door lock.
The third generation Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 has dimensions of 3,530 mm in length, 1,490 mm in width, 1,520 mm in height, and 2,380 mm in wheelbase.
Under the hood is the most recent version of the 1.0-liter K-Series petrol engine, which, like the Celerio, generates 66 horsepower and 89 Nm of torque. Either a five-speed manual or an AGS automatic gearbox sends power to the front axle.
Pricing for the base-spec manual starts at $5,000 and goes up to $7,319 for the full-spec automatic. In India, orders for the Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 are already being taken.
