Tesla China started to modify the Model Y Long Range Version's price, raising it by 2,000 yuan to 306,400 yuan. The Model Y Long Range Version's price was also changed by Tesla China last week, going up 2,000 yuan to 304,400 yuan. This is Tesla's fourth price increase since the start of November, and the second one that is exclusive to the Model Y Long Range Version.
An additional 8,000 yuan is available as a temporary insurance subsidy for the Model 3/Y Rear Drive Version. The prices after subsidies are 258,400 yuan and 253,400 yuan, respectively. Low-interest loans are another option available to buyers during this promotional period.
Furthermore, Tesla is providing a 1,750 yuan discount and a 90-day EAP trial to customers who order the Model Y, Model S, and Model X based on recommendations from current users. Older users will also receive 7,000 points as an extra incentive. This marketing campaign will go on, offering prospective customers a combination of discounts and cash incentives.
Amidst these price changes, Tesla China revealed a temporary low-interest financing program that was available for all S3XY models. Deliveries are anticipated to be finished before the end of 2023. The offering has an annual interest rate of 2.75% for 3-year and 5-year loans. The promotional period runs from November 28 to December 31.
Tesla launched a discount in China as part of a year-end sales push to meet its goal of delivering 1.8 million vehicles per year. By the end of the third quarter, they had delivered 1.3 million units by 2023.
