Genesis is introducing the 2024 G70 with a price tag of $41,500, marking a $2,100 increase, but the added value is evident in a suite of driver assistance systems. The model incorporates Smart Cruise Control, Highway Driving Assist, Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist, Blind-Spot Collision Warning, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Avoidance-Assist, Lane Keeping / Lane Following Assist, High Beam Assist, Rear Occupant Alert, and Safe Exit Warning.

Under the hood, the G70 boasts a new turbocharged 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 300 hp and 421 Nm of torque, signaling an improvement of 48 hp and 69 Nm. Notably, a standard Brembo braking system enhances overall performance.

For those seeking more power, the G70 3.3T, starting at $49,950, offers a twin-turbo 3.3-liter V6 generating 365 hp and 509 Nm of torque. This variant includes additional features such as rain sensing wipers, acoustic front door glass, and power-folding mirrors with puddle lights projecting the Genesis logo.

Further updates encompass a new Genesis emblem, a revised color palette with Kawah Blue and Vatna Gray, a frameless rearview mirror, updated climate controls, and several subtle enhancements. Setting aside model year changes, the base G70 impresses with LED lighting, a hands-free smart trunk, 19-inch alloy wheels, heated leatherette front seats with power adjustment, an 8-inch multi-information display, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and an auto-dimming rearview mirror with HomeLink.
