One of the more interesting cars available in the United States is the three-wheeled Polaris Slingshot motorcycle, which recently got some updates for the 2024 model year.
The Slingshot now comes in several new exterior colors, such as Gold Rush, Purple Lightning, and Radar Blue Fade. The updated wheels that are finished in a shade of Midnight Charcoal Metallic are now standard on the SL. Furthermore, additional graphics packages can be configured for the SLR and SL variants.
Customers can also request the 2024 model with a unique red, gray, or black canvas top.
The Roush Edition version's reintroduction is a significant update for 2024. Starting at $38,149 for the manual and $40,299 for the automatic, this model is the top of the lineup.
Along with the optional excursion top, blacked-out badges, a new gear knob for stick shift models, a special steering wheel, a Roush graphics package, Brembo brakes with slotted rotors, and paddle shifters for the auto are all added.
The same 2.0-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine from the previous year powers all 2024 Slingshot models, delivering 195 Nm of torque at 6,500 rpm and 203 horsepower at 8,250 rpm. The three-wheeler comes with a five-speed manual or five-speed automatic transmission and can reach 96 km/h in an amazing 4.9 seconds.
The entry-level S model in the revised Slingshot range costs $21,999 manual and $23,849 automatic. The prices for the S with Technology Package 1 increase to $24,849 manual / $26,999 automatic, the SL to $28,149 manual / $29,999 automatic, the SLR to $31,149 manual / $32,999 automatic, and the R to $34,799 manual / $36,949 automatic.
