Sometimes doing something extraordinary is much more satisfying that going to moon. Morgan Motors, as a live giver to the cars and make them hand craft, showed the Morgan Plus Four CX-T. Its just a car from seventeens with some touches of 21st century. This roadster is not going on the roads any more, just off roads. The CX-T has some nostalgic features on the exterior, the roll cage or the lights on the rood, or even the storage bags on each fender. All, are impressive.
More importantly, to make a off-roader Morgan reinforced the rear section to create a storage area that's large enough for two full-sized spare wheels. The Four CX-T with some modification in the Plus Six wishbones has further wheel travel. The shock-absorbers are also EXE-TC coilovers with internal bump stops. The ground clearance is 230 mm and the lower suspension arms make the better durability possible. The underbody is protected with a five-piece skid plate and also the exhaust is located on the side at the rear to improve the departure angle.
The power of this reborn car comes from a BMW-sourced 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder. The output is 255-hp. Also, the BMW X-Drive electronic rear differential with custom software is other positive thing about this vehicle. The modes are Road with an open differential, All-Terrain with 45 percent lock, and All-Terrain Extreme with 100 percent lock.
The main area inside the cabin is secured with a composite hard top. On the dashboard some useful mounting track for holding phone or camera. Also, the reremovable map holder and insulated cool bag by the passenger footwell. The first Aid kit is also so handy.
