Skoda has unveiled its second-generation Kodiaq, and it's more impressive than ever. The highlight is undoubtedly the return of the sporty RS trim, now more powerful and aggressive than its predecessor.
The Kodiaq RS boasts a distinctive design with a bold front fascia featuring prominent RS-specific bumper intakes and a striking grille adorned with the RS badge. Large 20-inch alloy wheels fill the wheel arches, and dual stainless steel exhaust pipes exit at the rear. The exterior is further enhanced with a plethora of gloss black accents, including the bumpers, grille, mirror caps, window surrounds, D-pillar, and Skoda lettering.
Inside, the Kodiaq RS offers a sporty and luxurious cabin. Power-adjustable sports seats with integrated headrests provide excellent support and comfort. The RS emblem on the steering wheel, stainless steel pedals, and a dark interior theme with red contrast stitching create a dynamic and upscale atmosphere. The standard Suedia and artificial leather upholstery offers a premium feel, while genuine perforated leather is available as an optional upgrade.
Under the hood, the Kodiaq RS packs a powerful 2.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine that delivers 262 horsepower and 400 Nm of torque. This engine, paired with a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, propels the SUV from 0 to 100 km/h in just 6.3 seconds for the five-seater version and 6.4 seconds for the seven-seater. Top speed is electronically limited to 232 km/h.
To complement the impressive performance, the Kodiaq RS comes equipped with advanced chassis technology. Progressive steering, selectable driving modes, and the DCC Plus adaptive damping system work together to deliver a dynamic and comfortable driving experience. Whether you're cruising on the highway or tackling winding roads, the Kodiaq RS offers a blend of performance, comfort, and practicality that's hard to match in its segment.
