Bookings for the BMW XM Label Red SUV have recently become available. The top-of-the-line model of the XM, BMW's first freestanding M model since the mid-engined M1 supercar, is the XM Label Red.
The XM Label Red generates an absurd 738 horsepower and 997 Nm of torque from its 4.4L twin-turbo V8 and lone electric motor, in contrast to the standard XM, which already generates an astounding 644 hp and 800 Nm of torque. This makes it the most potent production BMW overall and the most powerful production SUV that isn't all-electric. We may anticipate the Label Red to be even faster than the normal XM, which accelerates to 97 km/h from a stop in 4.1 seconds and has a top speed of 270 km/h with the M Driver's Package.
Given that the SUV's name includes red, BMW thought it only right to incorporate it into the vehicle's design. The wheels and wraparound window trim are now highlighted in red, in addition to the already raucous light-up grille.
The German carmaker claimed that the red and black exterior theme will carry over to the Label Red's cabin, albeit the interior has not yet been made public.
BMW has confirmed that the Label Red will only be offered for a short period of time, even though the carmaker has not formally stated any manufacturing restrictions for the vehicle.
By filling out the reservation form, potential buyers in Germany can join the waiting list and then be called to specify the car of their choice.
Consumers who do make reservations can anticipate getting their XM Label Red before the end of the year. BMW has not yet made any disclosures.
