For the 2022 model year, the Toyota RAV4 will receive a number of upgrades. The Toyota RAV4 is America's best-selling crossover, so it makes sense for Toyota to modernize it in order to attract new customers.
For the 2022 model year, there is a new SE Hybrid option. Fabric seats with unique inlays and contrast stitching will be standard equipment on the model. Toyota did not provide any further information, although the model does include a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a six-speaker audio system.
A Weather Package is also available to customers. Rain-sensing wipers, a heated leather steering wheel, and heated front seats are included in this package.
The Convenience Package adds a height-adjustable motorized liftgate, a sunroof, and a bigger 9-inch infotainment system to the vehicle.
All trims now include a lockable glovebox and LED inside lighting, with illuminated switchgear on the XLE and higher trims.
Minor adjustments have been made to the RAV4 range for 2022. For instance, certain levels now come with a Calvary Blue exterior, while others get new wheels. The XLE Premium, Limited, Adventure, and TRD Off-Road get new LED fog lights, while the XLE Premium, Limited, Adventure, and TRD Off-Road have nicer headlights. When it comes to fog lights, the XSE Hybrid, like the XSE Prime, has vertical units.
More information will be available next month. While the pricing isn't finalized yet, the revised 2022 RAV4 is expected to cost roughly $26,500.
