In preparation for the EV6 GT's local debut, Kia Australia is making preparations. At the Australian Open tennis competition in January, the EV6 GT will formally debut the vehicle. It is the most powerful production car Kia has ever built and will benefit from a thorough local ride and handling tuning.

Green brake calipers, 21-inch alloy wheels, an electronic limited-slip differential, Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires, electronic suspension adjustment, Intelligent Front-Lighting System (IFS) LED headlamps with LED daytime running lights, and sequential indicators will all be standard on the EV6 GT.

Additional standard equipment includes larger brakes with 4-piston front and rear calipers and 380 mm and 360 mm front and rear discs.
