Chevrolet launched the updated version of Chevrolet Equinox for the 2021 model year in the Chinese market with a base price of $25,000.
In China, the 2021 Chevrolet Equinox Kansas standard with the 2-liter Ecotec 4-cylinder engine that pumps out 233 hp and 350 nm of torque. The engine is connected to a new 9-speed automatic Hydra-Matic transmission. Chevrolet Equinox can hit 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds and consumes 6.9 l/100 km in its average cycle. The Equinox also benefits the four-wheel drive system.
Buyers also can order a 1.5-iter turbocharged engine with the 6-speed manual transmission that consumes 6.8 l/100 km.
On the design side, the 2021 Chevrolet Equinox comes with black grill 19-in wheels and a red RS badge.
Inside the cabin, there is leather upholstery inside with red contrast stitching, sport steering wheel, MyLink+ infotainment system, Apple CarPlay, Bluetooth connection, heated and ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, active noise cancellation, air filtration system, and Bose premium audio system.
