For 2025, Chevrolet is expanding its Silverado EV lineup by introducing a new mid-level LT trim and adding both Standard and Max Range battery options. The Max Range battery is particularly notable, offering an impressive EPA-estimated range of up to 792 kilometers, making it one of the longest-range options in the electric truck market.

The Silverado EV LT starts at $75,195, making it $14,200 more affordable than the top-tier RST model. This price drop makes the LT an appealing choice for those looking for a well-equipped yet cost-effective option in the Silverado EV lineup. The LT model features a unique front bumper, an illuminated bowtie emblem, and 18-inch aluminum wheels, as well as Chevrolet’s Multi-Flex tailgate. It also comes in six color options, including an LT-exclusive Blue Smoke Metallic.

Although Chevrolet hasn’t provided many specifics, they did confirm that the LT is outfitted with an 11.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a large 17.7-inch infotainment display. The truck is powered by a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, generating up to 645 horsepower and 1,036 Nm of torque. It includes an Extended Range battery, giving the LT a range of approximately 657 kilometers on a single charge. Additionally, it offers a 300 kW DC fast-charging capability and a towing capacity of up to 5,670 kilograms.

For those wanting more features, the LT also has an optional Premium Package, which raises the price to $81,995. This package includes larger 22-inch wheels, although they reduce the range slightly to 628 kilometers. Other available options for the LT include Chevrolet’s Super Cruise hands-free driving technology and a midgate similar to that found on the Avalanche, allowing for extended cargo flexibility.

The fleet-focused Work Truck (WT) is also returning with a starting price of $57,095. While the price for the Standard Range variant hasn’t been announced, models equipped with the Extended Range battery start at $69,495 and offer a range of 679 kilometers on a full charge. For 2025, the WT gains additional customization options, including a Slate Gray paint option.

One of the biggest updates is the introduction of a Max Range version, priced at $77,795. Though this is a higher price point for a work-focused vehicle, it offers a best-in-class EPA-estimated range of 792 kilometers, ideal for those needing extended driving capability.

Chevrolet has also made adjustments to the RST model, which now starts at $89,395, down from the previous year’s price of $96,495. The RST is available with two battery choices: the Extended Range battery, which has an EPA-estimated range of 628 kilometers, and a Max Range battery that starts at $97,895, offering a GM-estimated 740 kilometers on a single charge. For comparison, the 2024 RST First Edition had an estimated range of 708 kilometers. The RST is also available in a new trim-exclusive Zephyr Blue Matte Metallic paint.

With these updates and the expanded battery options, Chevrolet is positioning the 2025 Silverado EV as a versatile and capable choice for both personal and professional use, with shipments expected to begin by year’s end.
