The 2025 Subaru BRZ, while visually identical to its predecessor, has undergone some under-the-skin improvements. However, these refinements come at a cost, with prices increasing by up to $1,100 compared to the 2024 model.
Available in Premium, Limited, and tS configurations, all 2025 BRZs come standard with a six-speed manual transmission. The Limited trim offers the option of a six-speed automatic transmission. A notable new feature for manual-equipped models is a dedicated "Sport" mode, which enhances throttle response for a more engaging driving experience.
While the 2025 BRZ sold in Japan has benefited from revised damper settings and tweaked electric power steering to improve handling, the US-market model's press material remains silent on any suspension changes.
Starting at the base, the BRZ Premium now has a price tag of $32,265, including the destination and delivery fee. This represents a $950 increase from the 2024 model. For those seeking a more luxurious experience, the BRZ Limited is available in both manual and automatic configurations. The manual version starts at $34,915, while the automatic kicks off at $35,765. Both trims have seen price increases of $1,100 and $1,000, respectively. The Limited adds features such as 18-inch alloy wheels, Michelin Pilot Sport 4 tires, heated wing mirrors, a premium audio system, blind-spot detection with lane keep assist and rear-cross traffic alert, steering responsive headlights, and the option to add Subaru's StarLink safety and security system.
The only trim-exclusive upgrade for the 2025 model is a set of Ultrasuede seats with red leather accents and dual-mode seat-heater controls, available on the BRZ Limited.
At the top of the range sits the BRZ tS, now starting at $37,415 compared to $36,465 last year. This performance-oriented trim features unique front and rear Hitachi dampers, Brembo brakes, distinctive 18-inch wheels, tS badging, and model-specific interior accents. Like all 2025 models, the BRZ tS is powered by a 2.4-liter naturally-aspirated four-cylinder engine that produces 228 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque.
