For the first time, Nissan Qashqai was revealed in 2007. And now in 2022 we are witness of the third generation of this SUV. The new vehicle is here having some special characteristics. This big car, this year, has changed a bit, to be more environmentally friendly under the Nissan NEXT transformation plan. The exterior of the new Qashqai however, is still Qashqai. Environmentally friendly is some ways, means a hybrid car. so, Nissan has flowed the rule and debuted this vehicle with two kind of powertrain. The first one is a 12-volt mild hybrid system comprising a 1.3-liter turbo engine and lithium-ion battery. All-new Qashqai of Europe has the Nissan’s innovative e POWER drive system. this system could control the Nissan’s world-first variable compression ratio petrol engine as the dedicated electricity generating unit. Sales will start with the mild-hybrid version, while the e-POWER version will follow later.
Don’t miss the connectivity? The new infotainment system with connected services including effortless integration of smartphones, in-car WiFi for up to seven devices and NissanConnect Services. The other ully electronic 12.3-inch TFT multi-information screen makes the configurable layouts to display navigation, entertainment, traffic or vehicle information, controlled from a new tactile dial switch on the steering wheel, possible. other features on the all-new Qashqai are the high resolution 9-inch NissanConnect display screen features navigation, entertainment and vehicle settings, and is compatible with both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa home-to-car skills are also supported.
The safety feature on the new Qashqai is also improved. We see that this vehicle is armored with ProPILOT with Navi-link helps to reduce fatigue and stress while driving by assisting with acceleration and braking within a single lane on a highway. It uses the navigation data to assist with driving, especially with sharp cornering and off-ramp exiting.
The sale of this Compact Crossover would be started in the summer of 2021 for the European market.
