The Tiggo 4 Pro will declare the start date for sales of the crossover before the end of autumn, according to Chery Automobiles Rus, the Chinese brand's Russian branch.
The regional dealer has also published some exterior shots of the Tiggo 4 Pro, which demonstrate some improvements over the preceding model. Visually, the distributor has published several shots of the Tiggo 4 Pro's exterior. Red accents on the bumper, side moldings, brake calipers, and inside are among the other characteristics.
Additionally, the existing seven trims will be reduced to only five. It's interesting to note that every trim has a different wheel style.
Although specific equipment information has not yet been disclosed, based on the Tiggo 5X, we can anticipate a larger infotainment screen.
In terms of mechanical details, the two-liter, 122-hp engine will no longer be available. The base variant of the new Chery Tiggo 4 Pro has a 1.5-liter aspirated engine that generates 113 horsepower and 138 Nm of torque. This engine is mated to either a CVT or a five-speed manual transmission.
The 1.5-liter, 147-horsepower turbo engine will still be present, but it will now also be paired with a CVT rather than a six-speed automatic transmission. In just 9.7 seconds, this model can reach 100 km/h.
Local dealers will have vehicles available for test drives in August. Pricing for the new Chery Tiggo 4 hasn't been disclosed yet.
