Xpeng has unveiled the P7+, a significant upgrade to its electric sedan lineup. This new model marks a pivotal moment for Xpeng, as it introduces a groundbreaking AI Hawk system that relies solely on vision-based technology, eliminating the need for Lidar. This innovative approach enables Xpeng to offer advanced self-driving capabilities across all trims of the P7+, a first in the industry.

The P7+ boasts a striking design with distinctive twin folds on the hood and a unique rear end. It's one of Xpeng's longest vehicles, second only to the X9 MPV. The spacious interior features a 15.6-inch infotainment screen and a 10.25-inch instrument cluster, powered by a high-performance Qualcomm Snapdragon chip. The car also offers advanced connectivity features like UWB key and OTA updates, as well as rear-seat entertainment options.

The P7+ is equipped with Xpeng's AI Tianxian system, which leverages the company's X-GPT large language model to enhance the vehicle's intelligence and capabilities. This system enables the vehicle to understand and respond to natural language commands, making interactions more intuitive and efficient.

In terms of performance, the P7+ offers two electric motor options, delivering impressive acceleration times of 6.8 seconds and 5.9 seconds, respectively. The vehicle's efficient design, low drag coefficient, and high-voltage silicon carbide platform contribute to its impressive range, which can reach up to 710 kilometers on a single charge.
