AvtoVAZ unveiled the first photographs of the facelifted Lada Vesta in Russia, while Russia is receiving a lot of attention these days.

Although the cosmetic improvements will be carried over to the remainder of the range, including the standard Vesta SW and the daring Vesta Cross, the photographs show the modified Vesta Sedan and Vesta SW Cross body styles.

The headlights have been replaced with full-LED graphics and are now blending with the chrome strips encircling the grille, while the visual modifications are minor. The latter sports wider bumper intakes and extra chrome stripes.

New 16-inch and 17-inch wheels are also available for the vehicle. Modern LED graphics on the taillights and a sporty bumper with ornamental exhaust pipes and a false diffuser can be seen at the back.

The Cross body style variation, on the other hand, keeps the additional ground clearance and plastic wrapping all around the bodywork but adds new full-LED lighting units and reworked front and rear bumpers. Larger aluminum-style skid plates, a revised grille design, and additional cladding around the foglights highlight the vehicle's exterior character.

The inside of the Vesta will be inherited from many Renault and Dacia cars, including circular temperature controls with integrated displays, a new digital instrument cluster, and a bigger touchscreen for the infotainment system, according to the news announcement.

Lada did not disclose any specs, however, the engine lineup will most likely be carried over from the present Vesta range. The standard Vesta comes with two 1.6-liter engines that produce 105 horsepower and 111 hp, respectively, while the Sport comes with a more powerful 1.8-liter engine that produces 143 hp.

The facelifted model's production has already begun at Lada's Izhevsk facility. Lada stated that the price and market debut would be announced at a later date.
