Lexus introduced the Black Line trim for the Lexus RX350 and Lexus RX450h. The new edition is based on the F Sport trim but it benefits more black accent on the grille, body graphics and 20-inch wheels finished in black.
Inside the cabin, the Black Line edition benefits black and white leather seats with blue stitching and blue stitching for the key gloves.
There are no technical upgrades for the Black Line models as the package is only a visual focused, so the RX350 uses a 3.5-liter naturally aspirated V6 engine as before with 295 hp and 362 nm of torque. The engine is connected to an 8-speed automatic transmission and optional AWD system. The RX350 can hit 100 kph in 7.7 seconds and reach the top speed of 200 kph.
The RX450h uses the V6 engine with the RX350 but it benefits three electric motors and a nickel-metal battery. The combined output of hybrid powertrain is 308 hp which is enough to hit 100 kph in 7.9 seconds.
Lexus RX Black Line is a limited run model and the production is limited to only 1000 examples. 750 units are going to come with V6 engine and 250 examples will come with hybrid powertrain. Pricing for the RX350 Black Line starts from $50,635 and $51,885 for the RX450h Black Line.
