Great Wall Motors, has taken further steps to make its Jolion SUV more affordable. After offering initial discounts in early October, they've now introduced an additional $2,000 price reduction on select non-hybrid Jolion models. This latest discount, combined with the previous 'GWM Plate Clearance' offer, positions the Jolion as one of the most budget-friendly options in the small SUV market.
Specifically, the $2,000 discount applies to the Premium and Lux trims of the Jolion, but excludes hybrid variants. This means the entry-level Haval Jolion Premium is now priced at a competitive $23,990 drive-away, while the more feature-rich Haval Jolion Lux is available for $26,990 drive-away. Before the recent discounts, these models were priced at $26,990 and $29,990, respectively.
Both models run on a 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine, capable of producing 105kW of power and 210Nm of torque. This engine is paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, which sends power to the front wheels, offering a solid driving experience typical of GWM’s entry-level SUVs. The use of turbocharged engines provides a balance of efficiency and performance, appealing to budget-conscious buyers looking for capable city-friendly SUVs.
