Mitsubishi has just unveiled the Xpander Cross, which boasts new features and an updated appearance. Similar aesthetic improvements are made to the model's non-crossover brother, such as T-shaped LEDs for the split headlights and taillights, as well as a version-specific bodykit that aids in distinguishing. The Xpander Cross's front bumper is exclusive and has tough features including an aluminum-style skidplate with built-in inlets. A new set of 17-inch alloy wheels, more aluminum-style trim, and boxier plastic wheel arches are added to the profile. In an effort to enhance the MPV-style proportions, the front and rear bumpers have been modified, resulting in an increase in the overhangs of 95 mm.

The reworked tailgate, new rear bumper, and thinner taillight housings all enhance the back end. Along with the current hues, a new body color dubbed Green Bronze Metallic has been added.

The Xpander Cross's interior has the revamped dashboard of the Xpander. Up to seven passengers can fit in the cabin's three-row configuration, which is still present. A wireless charging pad is located on the lower portion of the center console and new features include a 9-inch infotainment touchscreen, an 8-inch digital instrument cluster, a reworked four-spoke steering wheel, and updated climate controls. Up to seven passengers can fit in the cabin's three-row configuration, which is still present.

The Mitsubishi Xpander Cross is powered by a well-known 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine that generates 103 horsepower and 141 Nm of torque. The mill is now coupled with a new CVT transmission, just like in the standard Xpander facelift, providing power to the front axle. The fact that the vehicle has a high ground clearance and robust look is deceiving because Mitsubishi never sold an AWD Xpander.

Thanks to more sturdy front strut mounts, bigger rear shock absorbers, and high-performance valves, the model provides improved ride comfort. The addition of the Active Yaw Control system reduces understeer and enhances handling by automatically adjusting brakes on the front wheels.

Prices for the Mitsubishi Xpander Cross start at $21,117. In addition to Indonesia, the redesigned Mitsubishi Xpander Cross will soon be released in additional markets. The Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Southeast Asia will all sell the models.
